NS stated that RAMZES666 might not return to the pro scene, citing a significant reason
Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov reported that Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev might never come back to the pro scene as he has gotten heavily into streaming and is making boatloads of cash from his streams.
This was revealed during a twitch stream from a former professional esports athlete.
“There’s a decent chance that RAMZES won’t come back to pro play... I mean, maybe he will, I don’t know, but the possibility of him not returning is there. Plenty of people have told me that streaming is way easier than it sounds, and according to ‘fringey guys’ who know what they are talking about, it makes more money.
It actually pays more, and you don’t have to do **. You just sit, say some lewd, drunk Afonya yells something on your stream, and everyone laughs. Why stress if you don’t have to? Maybe he won’t come back, we’ll see.” NS explained it in his own words.
NS also mentioned how RAMZES666 dedicated his time to streaming, only to realize how easy it is to make money from it. He also said that RAMZES retiring from playing pro isn’t completely out of the question, especially since NS believes streaming is far less professional than being a semi pro gamer.
On the other hand, it would seem that RAMZES666 has not officially retired from playing professionally. Rather, he has suggested that he may be coming back during the middle of the season.
