NS revealed the release date of the new Dota 2 patch and shared what will be inside
Yaroslav “NS” Kuznetsov, a streamer and past esports player, has seemingly hinted in his recent post on his Telegram channel that the next Dota 2 patch is set to release in between February 11-14 with a key focus on Ringmaster and Kez.
“I don’t think this will be super signficantly rag patch, some form of change has to take place. This will certainly add Ringmaster and Kez to Captain’s Mode. By the way, I did say this somehwere in between 11-14, screenshot this. As the Poop of the Earth – oh man I'm cracked"
As NS put hatively, we all know how Valve has been distant from almost every major patch, so it is recommended we do not keep our hopes high. In this sense, the update is going to be small and with the major intention of finally inserting Ringmaster and Kez into Captain's Mode for players to choose in tournaments.
Whenever this NS mentions, there is a high chance Valve could resume the update on February 13, special statistics prove that updates for Dota 2 get released on thursdays and not any other day of the week. There were no global announcements made by the developers though.
Remember, earlier Collapse did ask Valve to simply remove two of the heroes and revise the map of Dota 2 in patch 7.38.
