Daxak revealed why he was kicked from Chimera Esports
Nikita “Daxak” Kuzmin, the former offlaner for Chimera Esports, said he was removed because there was a fight within the squad that he attempted to settle, but in fact was turned into a scapegoat and was then substituted.
He posted this via Telegram:
“Had the results been better, I would’ve cracked a few jokes. But we are in the MENA region, went through a very long boot camp with certain players not playing as well as we expected. This led to the rest of the players starting to break down. Minor conflicts ensued here and there. There was a problem that, as an example, I tried to resolve, and became a scapegoat in the end. Offlaners are the easiest to replace because this role is the hardest to fill. From a human perspective it is – just, in a word, absurd. In essence, everything like on all my past teams”
From what he stated, conflicts started arising from the player’s standpoint during the bootcamp, which he tried to do something about. Although from the way he phrased it, his attempts bore no success, and he was the one who endured the worst of it, and thus left Chimera Esports. He did not elaborate on what exactly is the cause of the problems, but he did admit that he was replaced because swapping an offlaner is easier than other positions.
Besides, he remarked that unlike the previous cases, the team this time will provide some positive recommendations regarding him for future transfers.
Earlier, it was mentioned that Daxak offlaner for Chimera Esports may be replaced by Abdimalik “Malik” Sailau.
