Ilya “ Yatoro ” Mulyarchuk was voted by most respondents as the best carry player in Dota 2, while the other top candidate is Wang “ Ame ” Chunyu.

The respective Reddit poll is currently becoming popular.

Among many comments, Yatoro was named as a specimen of a good carry player with Ame coming just after him. However, they said that both players were old school hard carries who preferred to farm more.

The best among tempo-based carries that like fighting to farming are Anton “ dyrachyo ” Shkredov and Michael “ miCKe ” Vu. Their major difference from those at the top is their play style whereby they allow their teammates to farm.
