The leak suggests that BOOM Esports is planning to relinquish its current roster and acquire a team that participated in the ESL One Kuala Lumpur tournament
According to STORM, it's been reported that BOOM has parted ways with all players except Pakazs and plans to sign a team capable of participating in ESL One Kuala Lumpur, with Pakazs taking on the position of the carry.
Considering the language barrier, BOOM is most likely to sign the ESL One Kuala Lumpur South American qualifiers' advancing team, Wawitas Sagazes, which is the only team among the 12 participating teams without a club sponsorship.
BOOM Esports abandoned their Southeast Asian roster for the South American one this season. However, they only managed to secure the 5th-6th position in the recent ESL One Kuala Lumpur South American qualifiers. Notably, according to another leak from STORM, BOOM's current position 3 player, Sacred, might become a potential player for Heroic.
The current lineup for BOOM Esports is as follows:
Position 1: Pakazs
Position 2: SLATEMS
Position 3: Sacred
Position 4: Matthew
Position 5: Mjz
The potential future lineup for Wawitas Sagazes (BOOM Esports' prospective team) is as follows:
Position 1: Lumiere/Pakazs
Position 2: DarkMago
Position 3: Oscar
Position 4: night
Position 5: Panda
