DONK EQUALS BIG EVENT RECORD RATING TO EARN IEM KATOWICE MVP
donk averaged a 1.70 rating as Spirit cruised through IEM Katowice
Danil "donk" Kryshkovets has earned his second HLTV Most Valuable Player (MVP) award in as many eligible LANs after dominating IEM Katowice from start to finish.
It started with a 13-0 thrashing and 2.24 rating over Apeks in the Play-In stage, a map that set the tone for the most stunning Big Event debut of all time.
donk ended IEM Katowice's main event with a 1.70 rating over 12 maps, 110 ADR, 1.11 KPR, 80.9% KAST, and a whopping 2.10 Impact. He had 79 rounds with multi-kills, more than the 72 rounds in which he had one frag.
The Big Event rating record was set by Nikola "NiKo" Kovač at ESL One New York 2017, a few years into his tier-one career. donk has equaled that on his debut, and with five more maps played than the G2 star.
There is a very convincing argument that this is the best individual performance of all time.
