NAVI’s Cache pick backfires
The MongolZ built an 8–4 attacking Half on NAVI’s map choice, repeatedly finding value from limited equipment. ROUNDS built around pistols and a saved AWP proved particularly damaging to NAVI’s economy.
NAVI recovered after switching sides, but could not complete the comeback. Multi-kill contributions from nin9 , cobrazera and techno helped The MongolZ finish the opener.
techno helps settle a close Inferno
NAVI offered stronger resistance on Inferno, reaching halftime 7–5 ahead. After a quiet opening map, w0nderful recovered to keep his team competitive.
The MongolZ again found an important BREAKTHROUGH with pistols after the switch. A techno 1v2 clutch subsequently helped them take control, and they resisted NAVI’s late response to close the map by two ROUNDS .
techno finished the series 35–29 with a 1.20 rating, supporting Blitz ’s standout performance. w0nderful led NAVI with 37 kills, but his recovery could not force a deciding map.
The MongolZ advances to the championship match, while NAVI moves into the third-place playoff.
