Ninjas in Pyjamas reportedly exploring new IGL options

Ninjas in Pyjamas are reportedly searching for a new in-game leader as the organization prepares to move on from Marco " Snappi " Pfeiffer.

According to multiple sources, the decision for Snappi to leave the active roster was mutual. The 36-year-old had previously indicated that he would be willing to step aside if the organization wanted to move in a different direction.

Snappi 's time as IGL nearing an end

NIP have produced mixed results with Snappi leading the roster, prompting the organization to explore alternatives ahead of its next tournament.

Although Snappi is expected to leave the active lineup, he remains open to continuing his career in another role within the Counter-Strike scene.

The organization has not yet announced who will replace him.

NIP reportedly approached MIBR for LNZ

Linus "LNZ" Holtäng was reportedly one of the players considered for the role.

NIP made an approach for the Swedish player, but MIBR turned down the offer. LNZ has represented the Brazilian organization since January.

The situation means NIP will need to continue assessing other options on the market as they search for their next leader.

Second roster vacancy could also be filled

NIP are also reportedly considering a permanent solution for the opening created when Artem "cairne" Mushynskyi was moved to the bench in June.

That could result in the organization making two additions before its next event, depending on how negotiations develop.
