s1mple and rain Failed the Challenge Against Silvers

On May 30, a new episode of the Counter-Strike 2 show match took place on the Twitch channel dima_wallhacks. This time, the challenge featured Aleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev and Håvard “rain” Nygaard. They attempted one of the channel's most popular challenges — battling against a multitude of Silver-ranked players.

What is the challenge?
The format is straightforward: s1mple and rain compete against a group of Silvers under unequal conditions (the number of Silvers increases each round). The main rule is not to lose more than five rounds in a row. If this happens, the match is considered lost, regardless of the overall score.

How did the match go?
The first map was Dust 2. S1mple and rain dominated most of the game, defeating over twenty opponents. However, with the score at 14:14, the Silvers took a streak of five consecutive rounds, finishing the map 16:14 in their favor. Despite the score, the main goal was not achieved — a loss was recorded. On Dust 2, there were a maximum of 24 Silvers.

The player stats on Dust 2 were incredible — rain finished the map with 132 kills and 17 deaths, while s1mple had 150 kills and 19 deaths. On the second map, Nuke, the FaZe duo lasted less. By the 11th round, with the score at 4:7, the match was stopped: again, a streak of five consecutive losses. On Nuke, there were a maximum of 22 Silvers.
