Fnatic , GamerLegion and BC.Game have been eliminated from BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025: European Regional Qualifier
Three teams - Fnatic , GamerLegion , and BC.Game - have completed their journey at the European qualifier for BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025. In the fourth round, they suffered their third defeat of the tournament and dropped out of the qualifiers with a 1-3 score.
ENCE 2-1 Fnatic
The match between ENCE and Fnatic turned out to be tense, but the Finnish team proved to be stronger. The teams exchanged victories on Mirage (13:6) and Ancient (11:13), and ENCE did not leave any chances on the decisive Anubis - 13:4.
The best player of the match was sdy with a 63-30 record, 8.1 rating, and 102 ADR on the match. His dominance on Anubis was the key to victory. It's also worth mentioning that on the last map, Anubis, the Ukrainian played phenomenally and got the maximum rating of 10.0.
Fnatic leaves the tournament with a 1-3 record. MATYS was the most productive in the British team with 49 frags and K/D +6, but this was not enough for the overall success.
B8 2-0 BC.Game
The Ukrainian team B8 confidently defeated BC.Game - 13:5 on Mirage and 13:10 on Train. From the very beginning of the match, the B8 guys took 6 rounds in a row and completely controlled the pace of the game.
headtr1ck was awarded the MVP of the series - 34 frags, K/D +16 and a rating of 7.2. ALEX666 also distinguished himself, showing 23-10 and ADR 120 on the first map.
For BC.Game, this was the third defeat, which automatically eliminates them from qualification. Despite the efforts of nawwk and nexa , the overall level of the team was lower than the opponent.
SAW 2-1 GamerLegion
SAW started the series with a defeat on Ancient (5:13), but managed to return to the game on Nuke (16:14), and then consolidated their success on Anubis (13:7). The best player in the Portuguese team was cej0t , the EVP of the series.
Despite the strong performance of sl3nd in the match (6.7 rating), GamerLegion failed to keep the advantage. With a score of 1-3, the team ends its participation in the tournament.
Current situation
After four rounds of qualification, OG and Heroic have already reached the main stage of the tournament, having won three victories without a single defeat (3-0). Six teams have a 2-1 record at once: Astralis , Metizport , 9 Pandas, BetBoom, Nemiga, and BIG - they will play the last matches of the round for the main event in Round 4.
SAW, ENCE , and B8 with a 2-2 record get another chance to compete for the Play-In stage. Meanwhile, Fnatic , BC.Game, GamerLegion , PARIVISION , and 500 have already left the tournament.
