Kaitlyn “Amouranth” Siragusa, a well-known streamer, content creator at OnlyFans, and co-owner of the esports organization Wildcard Gaming , has become a victim of an armed attack in her home. She reported this on her Twitter page, saying that the attackers demanded access to her cryptocurrency wallet at gunpoint.

Despite her injuries, Caitlin confirmed that she is now safe.

Self-defense saved her life
Back in 2022, Amouranth purchased a firearm for self-defense, and it could have saved her life at the time of the attack. According to her, she was able to shoot one of the perpetrators, but was injured when the gun's handle hit her in the head.

Public reaction and investigation
Her assistant Angelika confirmed the attack:

"I am at the scene and she is fine. If someone says it's not true, I guarantee it's a real situation. I have never been so scared in my life."

The incident caused a wide response in the streaming and esports communities. Many fans and colleagues are recommending that Amouranth strengthen security measures to prevent similar attacks in the future.

The police have not yet provided any official information about the suspects or the condition of the attacker, who was shot by Amouranth. The investigation is ongoing.

Amouranth and esports
Amouranth is a co-owner of Wildcard Gaming , an organization that participates in Counter-Strike 2 competitions.

This incident has once again raised the important topic of the security of public figures, especially those who own significant financial assets and are recognizable online.
